What a great weekend despite the cold rain on Saturday which made Juliette, Silvia, Ted and Karen’s triathalon all that much harder. It was so cold and windy that they cancelled the swim and added an extra run onto the start of the race. Despite a delayed start, cramps from the cold and bike crashes on slippery roads, the race went well. Juliette and Ted came in first in their age categories, Karen 3rd and Silvia 4th. Juliette came second in the women and an amazing 5th over all! It was an amazing performance.

Saturday night we celebrated with a feast at the chalet and a crazy night at Copper Blue. Heads were a bit sore on Sunday, but somehow I still managed to get out on my mountain bike for an epic tour of the North West Passage at Kolopore.
